"Domino" 's story will satisfy the need of an escape and allow you to another world. This is simply entertainment, but remember, it is a true story. The plot keeps you awake - one of those movies with frantic scenes and images.
Domino Harvey was a beautiful and rich girl, daughter of a model and an actor. She lived in Hollywood and started her "career" as a model. But Domino was a rebel, she wanted something more from life. The girl found out what she was looking for: she became a "bounty killer": she met her collegues in a rather odd way, then started her job: haunting criminals. Domino became the core of the "team"; they organized projects, untill her mother got in touch with a television producer: they wanted Domino and her buddies to shoot a "reality show". Soon the situation starts worsening..
There are violence, weakness, sadness and the rest, which I leave it up to you to discover... Tony Scott prefers a baroque scene, with irregular shoots, colors supersaturates with green, black ocher and an invasive and omnipresent soundtrack.
As for actors, Mickey Rourke plays Mickey Rourke well and often, but here, despite the violence, he shows signs of being capable of caring for other people. Keira Knightley seems not to be in the right role for her; I did not like her playing the tough girl. Her poses are so forced, she keeps on smoking cigarettes, but that does not make what the really Domino was.. Anyway, I liked the film: I suggest you should watch the whole end of it, as there is a little surprise for the audience...

I see you've posted this as a DVD review, but you've not mentioned the DVD. Are there any extras? If so, what are they and are they any good?
