Doctor Who - The Beginning DVD BOX SET

Advantages: Very good, exciting and interesting
Disadvantages: some special effects needed

Yes, I really liked this Doctor Who DVD. This is because it showed how the longest running science fiction tv series began. William Hartnell was fantastic at being The Doctor as he really portrayed him well as being the strange mysterious time traveller from outer space. I loved the first ever scene of the first ever episode where it was set in a mysterious scrapyard and slowly revealed the Tardis which was a spaceship. I liked the doctor's companions like his grandaughter named Susan as she was brilliant in the show. The dvd is very good value and it is worth buying to all of you who actually want to buy it. As this DVD is very important in Doctor Who's history as it is really good and enjoyable. ...

Review of Doctor Who - The Beginning (Box Set) (DVD)

I'm The Doctor.

Advantages: Exciting for all ages!
Disadvantages: None!

stranger. Rose also leaves behind her boyfriend Mickey whilst travelling, he is often hurt when Rose leaves him to go travelling with the doctor but always supports her and provides a lot of comedy to the show. TARDIS Tardis stands for Time And Relative Dimension In Space and is basically the doctor?s time machine which allows him to travel through space. These time machines can not built and have to be grown making them very precious. The tardis looks like a blue police box on the outside however on the inside it is much bigger and contains the heart of the tardis. THE BOX SET The newer box sets are just a normal se of DVDs as you get in normal series with the picture around the box being the tardis with the doctor and Rose standing in front of the entrance. However I believe the old ones are square in shape ...

Doctor Who - a totally different type of adventure

Advantages: Loads of variety, great performances,
Disadvantages: bit too emotional, some of the episodes. Sniff.

(Camille Coduri) and her boyfriend Mickey (Noel Clarke). Rose works in a department store in london, and it seems like an averagly boring day for her until she is caught in a mess when the shop dummies come to life! She finds herselve being saved by a mysterious man with a blue box, who goes by the name The Doctor from these creatures! But who is controlling them, and can the Doctor safe everybody else...? This was the first Series 1 episode I saw, though I started to watch Doctor Who from Series 2. I am quite a stubborn person so I was certain I was not going to like Chris Eccleston as the Doctor, but I did! I adore him! This whole episode introduced me to a completely different series from the one I was used to, and made some things clearer too! And now I am terrified of 'autons' and shop window dummies! ***TheEndOfTheWorld: The Doctor takes ...
