Advantages: good dancing Disadvantages: Average acting, weak and predictable storyline
Tyler gage is a teenager who is from the rundown end of Baltimore. He lives in a foster home and makes a living steeling cars with his two close friends. Tyler and his friends love to dance and it is on one of the nights when they are thrown out of a party after Tyler danced with someone girlfriends that he lands himself in trouble. Tyler, Skinny and Mac end up breaking into the School for Performing Arts and wreaking havoc and as a result Tyler is given 200 hours community service which he must do working in the school.
It is at this school doing his community service where he meets Nora, a very well to do girl who is a classical dancer and is working towards a showcase in the hope that she will be accepted by a Dance Company. Lat night I was in need of watching something light and funny. Searching the shelves of my local video shop I spotted Step brothers starring Will Ferrell and decided to give it a try.

Advantages: Some nice choreography and a handful of decent performances Disadvantages: Utterly predictable, no chemistry between the leads and some bland turns
Having been caught breaking into a prestigious arts school, teenage hoodlum Tyler Gage is sentenced to community service at the school, acting as an unpaid handyman. There he meets ambitious dancer Nora, who's hard at work preparing for her senior showcase. But when her dance partner is injured, she has to find someone else to take his place.
