Follow up to the Successful opening of Die Hard, here come John Mclane again (played by Bruce Willis) in this Thrilling sequel of Die Hard doing another Terrifying stunts.
Just like the First Die Hard the settings of this second film is also christmas season.
Summary
Dulles International Airport Washington, Terrorist Led by an Army Colonel Stuart ( played by William Sadler) took over a small chapel and set up a commucation system. they start to control the air traffic system, shutting down the Landing System and the runway, all the incoming flights were delayed. Stuart insist that anyone from the tower having caught communicating from the planes will be blasted. They demand for the release of Ramon Ezperanza a Alleged Criminal from Valverde, which is now heading for the US to have his trial. The authorities disagreed to Col Stuart. So as Stuart declared he disguised as the Dulles Control Tower giving the pilot a go signal to land, he began to take control the plane by giving wrong coordinates. Mclane knew this could happen so immediately he ran towards the runway with only a burning piece of cloth with him he watched the plane blast into pieces.
Meanwhile still on air Ramon Ezperanza just killed the pilot and the crew aboard with him. He asks Stuart on which runway will he land, giving the runway coordinates, Colonel Stuart and his men immediately heading for Ramon Ezperanza.
Another twist came when Army Major (played by John Amos) grant enters the scene, with him is a bunch of SWAT specialist ready to for battle. Major grant led his team as they siege the small chapel that Col.Stewart occupies. It just came to the knowing of Mclane that Major grant uses blank bullets on that assasult.
Although the storyline is not different from the 1st one still theres added plots and twist that really made this sequel apart different from the first Die Hard
