...A group of highly skilled criminals attempt to pull off a heist by robbing a jewerly store with a suitcase full of diamonds. Tarantino's debut is absolutely amazing, the storyline is very original and the characters are all fully developed. The main attraction of the film is that, apart from a few scenes, it all takes place in a rundown warehouse where we learn the story through the characters' dialogue. The violence is crude yet Tarantino is able to bring comedy to the picture. This film is so suspenful it will keep you to the edge of your seat for the whole duration. Tarantino also plays with the audience's point of view, restricting our attention to a particular area. Its many twists and turns will entertain you endlessly and the soundtrack is a blast from the '70s! The DVD features a trailer for the film and a DVD commentary...

...I watched in the afternoon. Great british movie. Directed by Guy Ritchie.
It's a totally gangster movie, with niggas included, gipsies and russians even. The main thing in the movie is a 84 carat diamond. It's starting how they are stealing the diamond from Frankie "Four Fingers", they stole and than the troubles begun. Through boxing adventures, breaking bones, killing and murdering, the movie is also funny as well, there are some really funny scenes. The movie shares almoust same story as Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels wich is Guy Richie's first movie. In the movie everyone is stealing the diamond, they are stealing from each other, and when Tommy makes a deal with the gipsies, the gipsies give a dog with every made deal. This dog is present in the whole movie, everyone hates the dog but Tommy likes it, and at the end of the film...

...An epochal movie that still stands up to repeat viewings, if only so you can relive Steve 'Mr Pink' Buscemi's rant against indiscriminate tipping or freeze-frame the denouement to work out exactly who shot who first.

Tim 'Mr.Orange' Roth spends the entirety of the film lying in a pool of blood, Michael 'Mr.Blonde' Madsen chops off a cop's ear, and Tarantino's study in the ' aesthetic of violence' is complemented by stylish black suits and shades, while K-Billy's 'Sound Of The Seventies' plays in the background.
The DVD features include an interview with Tarantino about how the movie would never had been made without Harvey Keitel's intervention. A special box set is also available for £29.99 - the package includes...
