Advantages: Amazingly Addictive and funny yet serious!
Disadvantages: Only made 2 seasons before MGM/Showtime dropped it

...first initial, surname, ETD (Estimated Time of Death) and a place. Then it's up to the reaper to find the person and reap their soul before they die. All the 'alive' people can see them, they just look different to when they were alive themselves, so they can't be recognised.
