Great DVD worth buying. 2 DVD's to the boxset giving varied workouts so you have a choice on which you would like to do that day, full workout or 30 minute workout. It is an entertaining DVD aswell. Workouts are a little difficult when you first begin, but that is the same with any workout you do. They do give you the option to do a lighter workout or the harder type. Both DVD's give you different options for your workout. Both trainers have different types of workouts. I like Davina McCall and it makes for light entertainment when working out listening to her little comments. You have a choice to opt to have music playing while working out or not. Has some good advice on the dvd too.
