Having used so many fitness DVD's and videos I do believe that this Davina DVD is the best yet. It is both motivating and effective (if you keep it up, of course, and lay off the cakes!). It comprises of 3x30 minute workouts (as it's name suggests!). Each workout focuses on a different aspect of fitness. BUT... it's drawback or weak-point is that it's not too good in teaching the technique. I would imagine that for a complete beginner there may be some problems, not with the difficulty (though it is quite tough) but with making sure that the technique is correct and so not to cause an injury. On the whole I would recommend the DVD, as it is really great to have the three sessions of 30 minutes format. You feel that you're actively choosing what you want to work on rather than a long hard slog . In all this DVD is an improvement on other fitness DVD's including Davina's previous releases. Short, sharp and sweet!
