Hi everyone im a bubbly outgoing 29 year old,who has two lovely girls aged 2 and 3 and a fantastic partner.I am so looking forward to this new venture.

Ilove this dvd its well worth its money and it gives you the opportunity to pick 1 out of the 3 sections with the warm up and cool down as well,or if you really feel energetic you can do all 3 sections plus the warm up cool down bit. The 3 sections all have a certain fitness level section 1 which is the the PUMP is very hard working its difficult in parts but you feel great after tackling it,it has exercises such as squats,sit ups,press ups etc. Section 2 is called CARDIO BOX and it does what it says theres a lot of kickboxing style exercises and you have a 60 second jogging interlude in between little sections but again it works all those areas such as the buttocks and thighs i lost 4lb in one week by doing this section 3 times in the week and keeping to healthy diet. Section 3 CORE STABILITY is my favourite its a nice relaxing way of exercising with alot of balancing and slow but hard working exercises.you feel chilled out after having done this section. davina is brilliant in it she keeps it going and keeps you going in her davina mcall way if you get my drift.The trainers jackie and mark are great to they are very proffesional but not too serious they have a bit of a giggle in the dvd. After the exercise there is a couple of extras to the dvd one about behind the scenes of big brother its ok if you are bb fan and some receipes to follow but i carnt say i have tried them yet. all in all though a great fitness dvd for all levels
