Having just had a baby, and feeling a bit down in the dumps, wobbly, flabby, saggy with none of my old clothes fitting me anymore I decided that instead of wallowing around like the hippo I had metamorphasised into, I would do something about it!!
Now who (female) has a nice body? hmmm more to the point, who had a good body after having kids? Then I had a flashback of an episode of Big Brother, picture this - Davina McCall, the presenter, in centre stage, whips open a black raincoat to reveal just a black bikini, showing off an amazingly toned body! more than this, she has had two kids! now this is not only amazing, but obviously achievable so i went onto Amazon and ordered myself the DVD!!

Coming in an attractive packaging promising '3 thirty minute workouts' this is obviously perfect for anyone who is busy running around after kids or boyfreinds or just for those who want a short, sharp yet effective workout!
The white cover with Davina sprawled across, showing off her envious body is quite attractive, and simply tells you that the DVD includes 3 workouts, which you can complete depending on your mood! They are entieled 'Pump', 'Cardio Box', and 'Core Stability'
PUMP =====
This, Guided by Jackie, who is a forty something, very fit lady who is obviously practising what she preaches! Id be happy if I looked like that at her age!
She takes you through a good workout with some weight/resistance training working out every muscle group!
CARDIO BOX ============
MY FAVOURITE!!!! Hunky guy called Mark takes us through a kick boxing workout where everything is bouncy and fun!! You can visualise someone you hate as you punch away!!! Great for stress!
CORE STABILITY ===============
Dont be deceived by the title -I feel that this is the most difficult workout by far! But once you've mastered the moves it has the potential to work wonders! You do fall about the place trying to hold the poses but this can be fun!

Yes, some good extras, there is an option called 'mostly music' where you can turn down the 'chat', which can get monotonous after a couple of views...

This is by far a good purchase and has been effective for my wobbly bits! I have lost half a stone in a month form completing one 30 min section three times a week.
I feel that to promote Davina's body as an achievable by using this product in itself is a bit far-fetched as she obviously has an entourage of personal trainers at ther beck and call on a daily basis, especially now as her body has become her trademark.
Also she is pregnant again - it'll be interesting to see how quickly she gets back in to shape after the birth as opposed to me, who still has a few spare tyres after four months...! Certainly food for thought (but not for mouth)
