The dances are fun, but also by doing the workout regularly you can become as fit as you choose and don't have to worry about achy muscles the day afterwards because this feature comes with the full warm up and cool down. The dances are easy but look effective when put together. The dvd is coreographed by the great dancer kate prince who has starred in all 3 pineapple dance masterclass features. Advantages: the music, the lead actress
Disadvantages: story is abit samey

...include a 'how to dance like honey' section presented by the films choreographer, but to be honest you could pick up this dance from watching the film. Also several music videos that are used through the film as Honeys work, either ones that shes been in oris supposed to have choreographed. There are i think the obligatory deleted scenes (but if there are its clear why they arent in th efilm as they have made no impression on me at all). The cast include Jessica Alba (also from Dark Angel), Mekhi Phifer, and Lil Romeo, with appearances from Tweet, Blaque and Missy Elliot (there are more but i cant remember who). The music is very much the hip hop which is popular in the usa, but for me it made the film, the acting was good but dealing with a bad story line and script that was in places extremely poor. ...Once More, With Feeling on DVD, what a brilliant idea!! It was one of the best Buffy episodes ever, and most definitely the most individual episode of any series I have ever watched! How many other series have had their characters break out into a song? Can you thing of any because I can't! Overview: In this episode Sunnydale is suddenly struck by the urge to sing and dance. All seems quite chirpy until burnt bodies appear......what is causing all this random singing and who is behind it all?
