Well….. its Eddie Murphy again!! but first about the film's poster! When I first saw the poster of this film in a bus stop I didn’t like it, that’s the poster not the film!! The Idea of putting Flash (that’s the boy in red dress) over Eddie in that way was a very bad idea. Why?? Because it have some racial meanings, to put a white boy over the back of a black man with the boy acting like a winner was not a good idea at all, even though I know and we all know that it was not done intentionally but its there and when I asked a friend of mine (not black, and I am not black too) about his opinion of the poster without mentioning my idea about it, there was it, he have the same feeling! So that was about the poster! The film is ‘nice’ if you want to laugh ‘but not much’ but the story is boring. You can predict the whole of it from the beginning. Eddie was OK but still not the old STAR. The kids in the film are the real stars of the show, look out for the $1 kid he is really something!! What else?? Some may find the film boring as my opinion here, so if you are not into that ‘good man who makes people happy’ kind of films its better that you watch it later in video when its released. If you have kids they will be happy to watch it, even though some may get really bored as I witnessed in my local cinema!!!
have fun

Sorry about the low rating, butt you will need to put in more detail to get higher ratings. You could mention details such as the certificate, stars and the director, a bit about the plot and maybe one or two favourite bits. You might try reading a few higher-rated ops on films to give you an idea. You'll soon get the hang of it! Let me know if you decide to edit - leave a message in my guest book and I’ll gladly take another look with a view to re-rating. All the best - Catherine
