Hi, my name is Melissa. My favourite quote of the month is " Sometimes I lie awake at night, and I ask, "Where have I gone wrong?" Then a voice says to me, "This is going to take more than one night."

When I first saw this movie advertised I thought it was going to be a cheesy, girl spy movie that had some negative reviews. But boy was I wrong, first I will give a brief plot view and then my opinion of the movie.
It begins with the the four main women, Amy Bradshaw, Max Brewer, Dominique and Janet getting there SATs results back, telling them they have been accepted into the college, but none of them applied to. What they don't know is that their SAT's paper is a covert test to measure their propensity to lie, cheat and steal. Those who score high on these factors are then recruited to become D.E.B.S. The four girls live together in this big house that has top notch security.
The girls are totally different from each other Max is the leader and loves the power and command, Dominique is a chain-smoking and sex addict, Janet is a goody to shoes and Amy just wants to do a art degree in Spain.
They go to a meeting with their boss and find out that Crime boss Lucy Diamond ( Jordana Brewster ) is back in the US, and is meeting Ninotchka (Jessica Cauffiel), an assassin, but they don't know what for.
They set up surveillance to watch what they are up to at a restaurant. Amy's boyfriend drops down and wants to talk to her, but before he could she dumps him and he asks for his present he gave her back. As he is trying to take it off her it flings off and drops in Lucy's soup dish. She takes it out and then looks up, chaos explodes everywhere.
Lucy escapes out the door and the four D.E.B.S split up, Amy goes into the store room and begins running down the path when she See's a door at the end, but so is Lucy and run into each other and begin
apologizing to each other. As soon as they see who they are saying sorry to the guns are drawn in each others face. This is where the attraction begins for them and where Amy founds out that Lucy was actually on a blind date and is lesbian they start talking, Lucy tries to ask Amy just to let her go and neither of them will tell. Just as Amy says no, her team mates shouts her, she turns and shouts back but when she turns around Lucy is gone and she leaves a reminder in the form of diamonds.
Later that night Lucy finds out her address, passes the security and enters her bedroom, they have a little scuffle and by arrow point Amy leaves the house but before they enter the car with Lucy's best Friend Scud, Lucy hears a sound and fires the arrow straight into Janet's cardigan and so they have another passenger. Lucy takes them into the tunnels lending to a night club where all the dodgy people hang out. At first Amy refuse's to get out, but Janet needs the toilet so she enters the club with her. Scud and Lucy see them and she buys a beer for Amy and sits down at a table. After a little while Amy starts asking questions. Scrud and Janet is playing table football and getting on well, Janet watches Amy and Lucy flirt, and Say's correct me if I'm wrong, but your friend seems to be hitting on my friend. Scrud says "your not wrong" but Janet's answer is, yeah but my friend, not into that. As Janet and Scud catch Amy and Lucy in a near kiss she says "Oh, my God! She almost kissed you! You almost let her!" Amy gets panicky and tells Lucy she wants to go home now.
Next day at college she is a Hero, the only person who has survived a fight with the crime boss Lucy. She has her photo taken and made the leader of the four which leaves Max feeling jealousy over Amy. Lucy still pursues Amy and she stages a bank robbery, the four D.E.B.S fall for it. They go into the bank volt and soon as they enter it the door seal's shut, trapping them inside. They start arguing when suddenly a trap door under Amy opens and she falls down. The D.E.B.S. begin a full-scale search for Lucy's lair after Amy is kidnapped. Never suspecting that Amy may not want to be rescued after all.

So there it is, I loved this movie it had action, drama, comedy and so much more. There are Witty, dry and some laugh out LOUD jokes that will keep you in stitches. The chemistry between all the actors and actress with brilliant. The plot was great ( had it have been male & female based I don't think it would of worked ), the characters was actually 3D where you get all the elements, not like some other lesbian themed movies, were it's more porn then a tender love story that happens to be two women.
Angela Robinson does a Excellent job of this movie ( she did the D.E.B.S 2003 short film which lasted for 11minutes and Jill Ritchie "Janet" is the only original in the second movie the rest was replaced with the others) Angela Robinson wrote a episode for The L Word "Longing" Season 1, Episode 3 in 2004. This movie is a cross between Not Another Teen Movie and American Pie. Here is a few of my favorite dialog,
Dominique: You need to put it here. Don't be an idiot for once. Janet: You need to speak French or English. Frenglish is not a language.
Lucy: Well, their poster child doesn't know it yet, but she's into me.
Mrs. Peatree: Are you kidding me? We conduct a nationwide manhunt for you and you're boning the suspect? Did you think this was a joke? "Let's divert federal resources and man hours so I can have my collegiate lesbian fling in style." - Amy: I was doing research.- Mrs. Peatree: I'll bet.
Janet: They're calling you a hero, when really you're a slut. -Amy: Shut up! - Janet: [lowers voice] A gay slut! - Amy: I'm not gay!
The Soundtrack was outstanding with bands like, The Cure, Goldfrapp, New Order, Erasure, Death In Vegas and so many more.
