I wasn't familiar with Curious George before my 3-year-old son was given this DVD as a gift, but he's now a firm favourite.
The DVD features eight short stories including Zoo Night - George visits the baby panda at the zoo and ends up accidentally releasing all the animals; From Scratch - George has to work out who caused the scratches the cat's been wrongly accused of; and Curious George Discovers the 'Poles in which he's given some tadpoles to look after and learns about the cycle of life.
George is curious and occasionally mischievous without being naughty and, though these stories are great fun, they're also stealthily educational, teaching problem-solving without being preachy or boring.
Great fun and a fabulously funky soundtrack to boot!
