A box set containing documentary series charting the War in the Pacific from an American viewpoint. Among the various sections are The Pacific in Eruption and Awakening in the Pacific, which documents U.S. policy toward the Pacific territories before World War II, the expansion of British influence in Australia and the South Pacific, and the strategy of island-hopping. The Rise of the Japanese Empire and America Goes to War in the Pacific documents the building of military power in Japan before the war and its aggressions toward China, the United States' struggle to rebuild a navy in the aftermath of Pearl Harbor, and Japanese attacks in Indonesia. Includes several other series detailing America’s involvement in the Pacific region in World War II.
...Everyone should own this. It's one of the all-time classics! Brilliant acting with some hilarious moments. In my opinion one of the best trilogies ever and with some of the greatest actors including Harrison Ford and Sean Connery.
The quality of the set, the director (Steven Spielberg), the acting and the author of this trilogy make this one of the all-time greats.
The trilogy consists of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. In my opinion, they are all briliant but if you told me I could only ever watch one of them ever again, I would have to choose the Last Crusade. Only because I think the father and son role of Sean Connery and Harrison Ford is superb....

Advantages: Everything Babylon 5, Great cost saving Disadvantages: Need to pay out in one go

Before I start I would just like to say I'm not going to be reviewing individual content of this boxset in the review as I will be doing separate reviews for each part as this boxset is HUGE.
This is a must for any Babylon 5 fans out there that are yet to purchase any of the DVD's, the boxset simply comprises every episode or film ever made of Babylon 5 or its follow on series Crusade. These are all available separately but you save a fortune buying them in one hit, as well as having a lovely storage / display box for them.

Advantages: Great value for money. Disadvantages: Not the greatest packaging in the world
...A classic Saturday Matinee style trilogy that has something for all the family. Raiders of the Lost Ark is without doubt the stronger of the three films, George Lucas and Steven Speilberg losing the plot a little with the more child friendly Temple of Doom before getting back on track with the thoroughly entertaining Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. The Extras on DVD weighing in a massive 184 minutes of interesting material a film geeks dream. The transfer quality is excellent as is the new Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack, shame there is no DTS soundtrack though. If you are a fan of this genre movie it would be a crime not to own the Indiana Jones Trilogy BoxedSet, worth it's weight in Ancient Inca gold....
