I went to see Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon a couple of months ago and it was excellent. I usually try to avoid subtitled films, but this was magnificent, with vast, impressive set-pieces, state of the art special effects (the kung-fu scenes were choreographed by the same man who does kung-fu scenes for the matrix!), and a surprisingly intricate plotline. The only thing I would say makes it a little confusing is it is difficult to tell the characters apart, as they all have the same haircut and you can’t listen to their voices for obvious reasons. But all in all, I would recommend this film to everyone.
