...About the DVD PanDaemonAeon was originally released onto VHS video in 1999 and was released on DVD in 2002. The main features on this DVD are based around the "From the cradle to enslave" music video which was directed by Alex chandon, the same person who directed many other cradle of filth videos and documentarys including the full length movie; Cradle of fear. The DVD contains two versions of "from the cradle to enslave". One is a clean version and the other uncensored. There is also a "Making of" video and a live performance filmed at the London Astoria on June 5th 1998. The tracklisting for the show is as follows; 1. Dusk and her embrace 2. ...Cradle of filth Cradle of filth's music is best described as Gothic Black metal. They formed in 1991 and have since released 9 albums. Metal Hammer has described them as the most succesful British band since Iron Maiden. Cradle of filth have sparked much controversy with t shirts and satanic imagery and have gained much negative attention through this. They started as pure black metal but have since added the Gothis side and travlled down the symphonic black metal route. About the DVD This was released in 2002 from the 2001 Midian tour. The concert, named eleven burial masses, was filmed at Nottingham rock city on April 14th 2001. The cradle of filth live album, Live bait for the dead, contains the same gig. ...ive had this in my collection for some time now and it never dissapoints me.its what i would call a b-movie and is a must for fans of cradle of filth! this is a story of serial killer and deranged hypnotist kemper,who is locked away in an asylum,of course the lead role of "the man"(kempers satanic servant) is played by dani filth (lead singer of the band cradle of filth)watch through blood soaked lenses as kemper shows the world that even though hes locked away the padded walls of his cell are not enough to contain this pure evil.as he reeks revenge on the world, his servant under his control is on a murder spree leaving a trail of blood, guts and gore, for the dectective(with mental issues of his own) to try and follow.this is very shocking brutal and sickening,and a great film to watch(if your a gore fan, cradle fan or maybe just...
