Bepop, hence the name of the title. What's interesting about them is the fact that you don't have any idea about their pasts or who they are, you sorta just get thrown into the action.
The series follows the exploits of these two guys. And as they go through the expanses of space, they try to hunt down fugitives in order to sustain living the life of a "cowboy". Along the way, they meet up with a voluptuous female gambler, Faye Valentine, with an equally shadowy (and once you find out, quite lucrative) past, and a very kooky and just plain funny female hacker known as "Ed". Oh, and by the way, they sorta come across a really intelligent dog, a welsh corgie to be precise, known as "Ein".

significant role than Jet, but the script could of easily have been adjusted to be watched without them at all (they arethe ones who lead Faye into finding Vincent).
You can tell a massive amount of time and effort was put into animating and bringing this movie to life. The illusion of movement is extremely realistic (especially during the intro, that was amazing how they animated that). True that as a Japanese animation some things were exaggerated, but overall they made the illusion of gravity, applied the laws of physics extremely well. The fluid motion also requires it to all be clear and sharp. This is important since it is going to be on DVD (I got the video tape but its a very high quality video tape) so if there are any discrepencies then you'll see it.

Cowboybebop the movie also known as knockimg on heavens door is about a group bounty hunters, they are Spike Spiegel, Jet Black, Edward, Faye Valentine and Ein the dog. This particular bounty is a high class terrorist whos an ex army man. His bounty is so high because he uses biochemical weapons. But cause the bounty is so high they go for it anyway.
CowboyBebop the movie is a truly great action film thats fun to watch. Its got humour action including gun battles and fist to fist combat. Its got truly worthy animation and a great range of characters with completely different personallities that show throughout the movie. Overall this movie is for ages 12 and above because of its swearing and violence. This is a fantastic action, scifi, adventure and comedy all mixed together movie.
