All in all the Linden Method is no where near detailed enough and it misses one vital point in the recovery of anxiety and that is positive thinking, which really is the way out of anxiety disorder. ... more

It comes with a manual and 5 CD's, the relaxation CD is good and does relax you but again I'm sure you could find similar for free on the net.
