Only fools and horses is a comedy series about a cockney con man (Del Boy - David Jason) who dreams of making a fortune and becoming a millionaire. But each dodgy deal or scheme he comes up with always seems to end in disaster. Then theres his kid brother, hopeless but loveable rodney (Nicholas Lyndhurst) then theres Grandad (Lennard Pearce) to look after. Then later Uncle Albert (Buster Merryfield) shows up. The family lived in Nelson Mandela House - a council flat in a tower block in Peckham. Del Boy has made some famous catchphrashes such as "Lovely Jubbly" and "Bonjour". The comedy was created by John Sullivan who also sang the catchy theme tune. Only fools and horses has won 13 top comedy awards including 2 best comedy BAFTA' s.

This collection was released in October 2006. Here together in one collection (26 discs) is every episode plus the specials of Britain's best-loved comedy series! And the packaging it comes in is typical Del boy style.

Only fools and horses started way back in 1981 and is still very popular today.

Series 1 (3 Hrs 34 Mins) - This is where it all started for Del boy, Rodney and Grandad. There are 7 episodes in this series which are Big Brother (The very first episode). Go West Young Man, Cash And Curry, The Second Time Around, A Slow Bus To Chingford, The Russians Are Coming and Christmas Crackers.

Series 2 (3 Hrs 51 Mins) - There are 8 episodes in series 2.

1. The story of only fools and horses (2 Hrs).
This was filmed at 127 Nelson Mandela House and at the Nag's Head. The cast and the shows writer reveal the secrets behind the success of this huge comedy hit. They talk about behind the scenes stories and they reveal thier own favourite memories.

2. To Hull And Back (1 Hr 30 Mins)
This was the 1985 Christmas special. It was watched by 16.9 Million. In this episode Del is envolved in smuggling diamonds from Amsterdam.

3. Royal Flush (1 Hr 15 Mins)
This was the 1986 Christmas special. It was watched by 18.8 Million. Rodney meets Vicky, the daughter of the Duke of Maylebury.

4. Frog's Legacy (1 Hr)
This was the 1987 Christmas special. It was watched by 14.5 Million. The Trotters hear the tale of Freddy the Frog, a bank robber and close friend of their mother.

5. Dates (1 Hr 20 Mins)
This was the 1988 Christmas special. It was watched by 16.6 Million.
It's Uncle Alberts birthday party at the Nag's Head and the strippergram turns out to be Raquel.

6. Jolly Boy's Outing (1 Hr 25 Mins)
This was the 1989 Christmas special. It was watched by 20.1 Million.
It's the annual Jolly Boy's Outing to Margate. The driver ends up drunk, Rodney gets arrested and the coach blows up!

7. Rodney Come Home (1 Hr 15 Mins)
This was the 1990 Christmas special. It was watched by 18 Million.
All is not well between Rodney and Cassandra, Cassandra has become a workaholic and Rodney ends up homeless.

8. Miami Twice (2 Hrs 25 Mins)
This was the 1991 Christmas special. It was watched by 17.7 Million.
Del Boy organises a ' 2 for 1 ' holiday to Miami. Del ends up being mistaken for the son of a mafia boss.

9. Mother Nature's Son (1 Hr 5 Mins)
This was the 1992 Christmas special. It was watched by 20.1 Million.
Del decides to bottle tap water and sell it as ' Peckham Spring ' bottled water.

10. Fatal Extraction (1 Hr 25 Mins)
This was the 1993 Christmas special. It was watched by 19.6 Million.
Rodney and Cassandra's relationship is going so well they decide to try for a baby. Meanwhile the opposite is said for Del and Raquel as Raquel leaves Del.

11. Heroes And Villians (1 Hr)
This was the first Christmas special of 1996. It was watched by 21.3 Million.
Del and Rodney dress up as Batman and Robin for a fancy dress party. Cassandra has some good news - she's pregnant.

12. Modern Men (1 Hr)
This was the second Christmas special of 1996. It was watched by 21.3 Million.
Rodney wants more responsibility and applies for a new job which turns out to be a job Del posted. Cassandra suffers a miscarriage.

13. Time On Our Hands (1 Hr)
This was the third Christmas special in 1996. It was watched by 24.3 Million.
This is one of my favourite episodes. Del Boy finally becomes a millionaire when he sells an antique watch which Cassandra's father found in Del's garage.

14. If They Could See Us Now (1 Hr 11 Mins)
This was the 2001 Christmas special. It was watched by 20.3 Million.
The Trotters lose their riches in a bad investment and are declared bankrupt. Del appears on a gameshow called Goldrush.

15. Strangers On The Shore (1 Hr 15 Mins)
This was the 2002 Christmas special. It was watched by 16.3 Million.
Del and Rodney go on a trip to France to visit Uncle Alberts Navy memorial ceremony in his honour. When they arrive home they discover someone in the back of their van.

16. Sleepless In Peckham (1 Hr 15 Mins)
This was the 2003 Christmas special. This was the last episode of Only fools and horses made.
The Trotters have 2 weeks to find the money they owe the Inland Revenue or they will be evicted from Nelson Mandela house.

Overall I think this boxset is fantastic value and a must for every fan of the series. I couldn't possibly give this any less than a 5 star rating. This comedy series has everything. A great cast, great storylines, and some of the best comedy moments ever! It is so funny you can watch it over and over again.
