Advantages: Wide audience appeal Disadvantages: None that I can see
Absolutely brilliant there are so many classic comedians such as Norman Wisdom and Tommy Cooper included in this DVD that you couldn't help but have a favourite. I laughed so hard that my sides hurt. Let face it everyone enjoys a good laugh and this DVD certainly doesn't disappoint. Those of you familiar with the many classic comedians appearing on this DVD can relive the past, where as those who are unfamiliar with these comedians can experience ... ...often refer to. This is definitely one for the festive season that young and old alike can enjoy. If any of your relations are difficult to buy for then this would have to be your first choice, they'll thank you for the experience and you can be sure they won't forget who bought laughter back into their lives. ...

Norman is the gofer and assistant to Mr Grimsdale and between them they run a small milk round
Then the big modern bullying firm (consolidated dairies) from around the corner decide that they want Normans 'patch'. Norman and his horse come under pressure and sabotage as the new milkman tries every trick in the book to ruin Norman's deliveries. This includes 'doping' the horse with drugged apples.

Not as good as some of his other films but still watchable.

Advantages: Still going strong but.... Disadvantages: getting on a bit.
My earliest memory of Norman Wisdom was rushing home from primary school (I would be around 7 years old) and my mother just putting a video into the machine I had a feeling she was sick of Scooby Doo and Rainbow!,on came a film which was taped halfway through,it was black and white,for some reason I just sat and watched it as there were just so many funny moments,this guy I thought(and still do) has such a gift,the film in question was called Follow ... ...and over again I think Norman Wisdom really can have that effect on people. Here a slightly balding Norman Wisdom appears live on stage minus his cap(after 5 minutes) but still in his classic 2 sizes too small suit with Tony Fayne at the Playhouse in Harlow,Essex.The funny walk, the laugh,the jokes and the way he literally just clowns about will have you laughing your heads off.Popular in Albania especially Norman has a go at everything the saxophone,trumpet,piano,clarinet,drums ...
