Advantages: Lovely idea, heart warming and funny. Disadvantages: A little bit typical.
In 'Run, fat boy, Run' Simon Pegg plays a loser dad who ran out on his pregnant fiancée on the day they were getting married. For 5 years he has desperately attempted to win her back and has beaten himself up so many times about leaving her and whether he was ready to win her back. But when she starts seeing a new boyfriend, who seems polite, charming and brilliant, Pegg thinks he is beaten but decides to try even harder to win his ex-fiancée(Thandie ... ...- running the marathon. It's the perfect answer as the new boyfriend has run many marathons. However there is one problem; Pegg is now where near fit, he can't eve run to the end of the street without taking a rest!!!
