I wont bore you going in to details of all of the films but what i can say is Peter Sellers is a genius in his portrail of Inspector clouseau. His ability to invoke laughter, use of language, props and his accent is up there with the best of all time. Also it comes with the final Pink Panther which was filmed after Peter Sellers died and was made up of outtakes in a kind of ...
...but its probably one of the best of the lot. Personally i didnt find the first Pink Panther to interesting because the characters were trying to find their feet. ...to be nothing but the bewitched backdrop with all the key aspects that made the show removed. There was no sparkle no pizzazz and most of all no magic in my eyes, it just seemed like they had made a laughing stock of the show and all that it had ever represented. Nicole Kidman who played Isabel Bigelow/Samantha and Will Ferrell who played Jack Wyatt/Darrin must have hidden in shame knowing that they had anything to do with this cult series massacre ...
...they actually played the original Bewitched theme tune - da da da da .... Now that is bewitching. ...this side splittingly hilarious sitcom. The props are terrible, the costumes obviously fake and yet this is what gives this psycadelic comedy its loveable charm. no fancy extras or special effects here just good and sometimes slighly creepy fun. If you are looking for something to relate to in a time of crisis then buy another DVD because this is the kind of DVD that you should watch with your mates after a long night out.
