...those of you who are tenacious D fans this film is truly worthwhile buying. It starts of with a young Jack Black who is the rude rebel in his christian family, with Meat Loaf as his father. I loved the fact that everything from the songs and previous dvd are included in this film. The soundtrack is also worth buying, as it has some great guitar riffs and vocal solos! Bridget Jones was a mere fictional character reated by the author Helen Fielding until the year 2001 when she also came alive on our screens courtesy of Renee Zellweger. The first film version of the novel was a runaway success at the box office, and so followed the second film, based on the 2nd book Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason. ...sides split. Oh dear. Despite the reviews on the front, and the cast of the film it isn't as funny as you'd expect. Yes there are humourous moments, I did find myself chuckling from time to time but there isn't much about this film I would find 'hilarious'.
