Two girly teen flicks for one.
Review of Mean Girls / Clueless (Box Set) by
ellastar
Advantages: Good acting, great plot.
Disadvantages: Not really intelligent!
...plague, but I accidentally watched Mean Girls and loved it! So bear in mind that this review was written by someone who would usually cast a sceptical eye over chick-flicks...
I bought this DVD because I saw Mean Girls at the cinema (because it was on at the right time and there was nothing else left to see, actually!) and I really enjoyed it. At the time, I wasn't really looking for a DVD when I went out, but I saw this bright pink box and it really ... ...£2 more than Mean Girls (which I wanted...) for the both films, so I bought the box set.
Anyway, I don't regret it because I love the film Clueless now, as well. I know, I'm sad!
♥ The Packaging
The packing (as you can see) is a bright pink box, housing both of the DVDs within it. Even though I don't really like the colour pink, I was drawn to it, and even though I was going to buy Mean Girls, I was thinking of buying it later, online.

Mr Bean - Vol. 2 DVD
Review of Mr Bean Vol.2 DVD by
mints4merlin
Advantages: Hilarious comedy, good viewing
Disadvantages: only 3 episodes, expensive to buy whole set individually
...and classic comedy hero - Mr Bean. I love Rowan Atkinson, especially in Black Adder and also in the classic Mr Bean episodes. Despite my mood before hand, after watching Mr Bean I always feel much better, he always manages to intrigue my imagination with his biazarre mannerisms and abilty to turn the most straight forward of tasks into complete disaters! Having not being able to buy the whollebox set I have had to purchase and review each DVD volume ... ...Episode 1. 'The Curse Of Mr Bean', Episode 2. 'Mr Bean Goes To Town' and Episode 3. 'The Trouble With Mr Bean'.
The first Episode 1.: Includes the following sketches:
i) Bean visits a local public swimming pool. He is very excited and tries out the super-high diving board. But Mr Bean looses he confidence, changes his mind and chickens out. He ends up clinging to the diving board and peering down into the pool. He is only moved when two impatient ...

Review of Road Trip / Old School - Unseen / American Pie DVD by
Nathan_Innit
Advantages: All classic films, but that's in a teen opinion
Disadvantages: Constant sex references are not too classy
...release I will start with Road Trip released on the millennium, 2000. Road Trip is one of those films that almost comes hand-in-hand with American Pie, and it also features Seann William Scott. Josh (Breckin Meyer) is trying to save his relationship after accidently sending her a tape of him cheating on her with another woman. And oh yeah, there's boobies. William Scott plays E.L, similar to his role in AP he is the party animal once again. Josh ... ...Thus there is the road trip, but the problem is the group have no car or money, therefore they have to recruit a new friend. This leads them to the geekest and palest boy on their dorm, Kyle. Barry however decides he does not want to be a part of the trip, which allows him to stay behind and feed Rubin's pet snake. Rubin is played by Tom Green, another star of the movie, and his fascination with waiting til feeding day to feed the snake is a little ...
