Opening the box you are presented with a row of real DVD disc boxes, not the usual cardboard or pocket type rubbish. Funny no tears formula

Advantages: Non offensive comedy style, intelligent comedian, Michael is warm to the audience and so you relax
Disadvantages: None

I first saw Michael McIntyre on a variety performance when flicking channels and was to be honest not a fan but after seeing him on Mock the Week and feeling that he has developed his style of comedy I decided to give this dvd a shot and was not disappointed. I love watching Michael work as he is not scared to laugh at his own jokes and I was very impressed by his audience interraction which I have seen a lack of with some comedians but he has worked hard on his set and is now certainly at the top of his game. The dvd will deliver laughs and intelligent comedy and you will not walk away feeling like somebody has just stood swearing at you and insulting your inteligence but will infact walk away ...

Good films, good price

Advantages: A good Comdey
Disadvantages: Can seem to last a bit to long

When I thought of the Pink Panther, I did not actually think of these films, I honestly thought of the little cartoon based on the films which are also featured in this DVD boxset, the films themselves are classics and are decent in their own right. The first 2 films in the set are the best of the lot, while the rest of them just seem to be a bit long winded and they start to loose a bit of the apeal. Black Books - a bit addictive

Advantages: Brilliant writing, surreal plots. Genius moments.
Disadvantages: Tempting to watch the eps back to back until you're exhausted

Bernard Black is a very nasty man. He's rude, drunk, dirty and very very selfish. But ultimately endearing and attractive, in a byronic sort of way. Fortunately the other two characters are strong enough to offset him, turning what might have been episodes of smart-arsed posturing into a genuine ensemble piece.
