...most drug addicted people portray, Cheech and Chong are very rarely violent as they are permanently 'stoned' and are incapable of fighting, they have a simple, relaxed way of life. Disadvantages: Wendy Craig's character quite annoying

The latter was quite interesting; for example, the theme tune is based on the original Dolly Parton one, but sung by Clare Torry, who is best known for her singing on the Pink Floyd album, The Dark Side of the Moon. Advantages: Lovely idea, heart warming and funny.
