Advantages: Best Monty Python film ever
Disadvantages: DVD include absolutely no extra features

This was the first Monty Python movie I ever saw, years after my dad told me about the hilarious scene involving Mr. Creosote, and it remains my favourite Monty Python film. ...It's also the last Monty Python film, which is definitely unfortunate as they were only getting better and better. I think the main reason this film is my favourite is the fact it does not stay on one person or general topic. Allen's gorilla warfare satire and political stabs (at J. Edgar Hoover and the likes) are memorable, one worth noting however- when trying to very discreetly, and unsuccessfully, buying a nudie magazine in small shop. The arrays of parodies are too vast to categorize- however, too often Allen dragged the burlesque of the scene.
