...the box contains two dvd'd jimmy carr stand up, and jimmy carr live. These are great to watch but not be for everyone, as his jokes are, shall we say a little bit out there, with no shortage of un pc comments and swearwords. I loved it, though what that says for me i dont know. This man tells more jokes per minute than some do in a lifetime, and they are all brilliant. the extras are good too, with the excellent interview from his exploits on top ...
...best is jimmy's search for a new comedy star in a kind of x factor style contest the winner of which gets to appear on the dvd!!!! some are just wierd, but some are very good indeed. some of the best laughs are got though by the interaction with the audience as he never can tell what they are going to say, so it shows that he is very quick witted and naturally funny. lots of calling people tarts and gypsies! the dvd's are rated 18 and rightly so, ...

Advantages: mostly superb on a comic and film-making level....
Disadvantages: sometimes hit and miss, "Susie" is awful

Review of Comic Strip - Complete (Box Set) (DVD)

Even best friends can't share the same wedding day.

Advantages: Lots of funny moments, gorgeous dresses, flowers, etc to look at!
Disadvantages: None (in my opinion!)

Russell Howard is unknown to most people. Those people didnt realise Mock The Week was a comedy show with some great comedians. The DVD is fantastic. The jokes are original and about his life and is a non stop belly tickler. Since i first saw him on mock the week i have tried to see all his performances! Advantages: A fantastic established cast
