An Endearing, But Slightly Schitzophrenic Anime Comedy

Advantages: Cute and interesting characters, great artwork, funny and moving, great value
Disadvantages: Odd change in tone throughout the series

Advantages: Some very funny scenes, good entertainment, little foul language
Disadvantages: Some awful scenes, acting is pretty poor, not as funny as it could be

It is said that a bad dog owner makes a bad parent. This film is a product of our supernanny, lack of discipline culture. The dog is naughty, but what do the owners do? Nothing.
