A Hitchcockian Nightmare

Advantages: Superb performances, very atmospheric, tense

My copy of Belleville Rendez - vous came free with a copy of the Times on Saturday. The cover of the DVD gave away the cartoon style that was about to follow. Written & directed by Sylvian Chomet for predominantly French audiences, it is also known by the name 'The Triplets of Bellville' for English speaking audiences.
