Advantages: Good gig, a collection of good songs, with Pink Floyd's David Gilmour on guitar Disadvantages: Not the greatest range of extras, some dodgy effects, and a few rotten songs
...and a nice way to bring the show to a close.
But just one final song to go, and even the great Pete Townshend himself would be proud of it. 'Loneliest Person' is simplistic and short, a bit like 'Behind Blue Eyes', in fact, with Sebastian expressing his loneliness as his life draws to a close. Very sad, very poignant and one to stick in your mind after just one listen. Very nice indeed.
So to sum up, I'd highly recommend S.F. Sorrow. It's a good gig. Admittedly, I would gladly sit and watch/listen to David Gilmour playing the spoons, and this was the way my mind was working when I bought this DVD (I wasn't expecting much from it, but as long as my hero was on it, I assumed that it would surely be worth the money). But he's playing (some) very good songs with a band of very good musicians, and I can honestly say that I'd enjoy this concert were...

Advantages: Action packed episodes, very good storyline, good extras. Disadvantages: Have to have watched the first series.
...to questions that were left open after the finish of series one, including the fate of Peter Petrelli and Sylar.
There are only 11 episodes in Series 2 compared to 23 in the previous series because of a writer's strike that struck in the middle of writing the series. However this is acceptable as the box set of series 2 is only half the price as Series 1 was upon release. Arguably however this series' episodes are a lot more action packed, and this series is certainly my favourite so far. The extras on this DVD also provide a lot of insight into the episodes, and I would argue (as a huge Heroes fan) that they are well worth the money alone.
Overall this DVD is a must buy for any Heroes fan, however for anyone new to Heroes I would definitely recommend that they buy the box set of the first series first, as people watching the second series alone...

...If you used to watch the 'Sunday Film' in the UK you'll love this. Its basically a re-make of all the old Mummy films put together. Brendan Fraser is an umlikely hero at the beginning but he soon get in to the part with gusto. Rachel Weisz plays the typical love interest come heroine and also does a fine job. The Mummy played by Arnold Vosloo is great. The DVD is fairly packe dwith extras uncommon with a lot of UK disks. Theres also PC DVD-Rom content too which is even better. All in all a great movie and lots to play with on the DVD....
