Classic Horror - Vol. 2 (Box Set) (DVD)

Advantages: The early days are the best
Disadvantages: There are only 24 episodes!

...By now it should be clear to regular readers of my ops that Friends is one of the things that rocks my world. Im going to write a detailed overview of all the episodes in series 2 and give some details about the box set. The box set I have consists of three discs, the older series' have different styles to the newer ones. Seasons 1-6 are available for around £15 now in shops and on the internet. The newer seaons cost much more, unless of course you know about the wonder of play.com and cdwow. Newer box sets cost arounf £80 in HMV and MVC but they can be had for around £40 on the internet, and thats even before you check out Ebay! The reason websites such as play can offer better prices is that they import region 4 dvds which are good on region 2 DVD players and PS2's. Series 2 is a certificate 12 which means that parental... Advantages: For the lovers of horror movie of the past.
Disadvantages: This is definetely not the last film out.

For the suggestive sense of horrors of the past, we may see now how the sense of horror have been changing along the past years. In this box you will find five horror movie of the past: take a step back into the past, and discover how spectators got thrilled in the past times. Advantages: Hilarious comedy, good viewing
Disadvantages: only 3 episodes, expensive to buy whole set individually

...Another installement to my DVD collection - the epic and classic comedy hero - Mr Bean. I love Rowan Atkinson, especially in Black Adder and also in the classic Mr Bean episodes. Despite my mood before hand, after watching Mr Bean I always feel much better, he always manages to intrigue my imagination with his biazarre mannerisms and abilty to turn the most straight forward of tasks into complete disaters! Having not being able to buy the whollebox set I have had to purchase and review each DVD volume one by one. This DVD contains 3 episodes, each with 3 or 4 sketches in them. All of whihc are brilliant and this DVD includes one of my favourites - the one where he goes to the swimming pool and clings to the diving board. The three episodes are entitled: Episode 1.
