Valiant was heralded as the first animated film to come from the United Kingdom. It sounds like quite a big event but do we British actually have a chance to survive in the animation world. The legendary companies are still making brilliant movies: Pixar, Dreamworks, Disney; you've heard of them all before! Can Vanguard Animation survive? If we're basing it on this movie then yes but it's a slim one at best.
The plotline is a bit of a change: Valiant (Ewan MacGregor) is a small bird who lives with his mother and wishes to join the Royal Homing Pigeon Service during the height of the Blitz.
