I have not seen any of the other Clarkson DVDs so I can't compare them, if I do I may add a bit.
What It's About
This DVD is all about cars If you don't like cars then don't get this DVD, although if you like Jeremy Clarkson it can be quite a laugh. The DVD compares cars from Europe and the United States and the testing goes on in the States at a racetrack. The cars tested are from the States and are some of the best that the USA produces compared ... ...talking massive cars of immense power and good street cred although some of them are just good for show it seems. Not everybody buys a car for its capabilities so the way it looks and runs and its reputation comes into play quite a bit. The Mustang and Viper get a showing and I was always willing Clarkson to crash one of the very expensive cars so that he put a dent in his wallet but I suppose it wouldn't really matter to him or his pocket.

in this latest edition of the Clarkson motoring series, he takes a trip across the globe to the Unites States of America-land. he is on a mission to find out if the American's have finally learnt how to make a decent car in the society that consists of disposable and throw away items that are there only to be cheap and last for a short while. in this episode he also takes the best we Europeans have to offer and puts it up against the best that the ... ...he shows the sound the americans can get out of a V8 with a typical American V8 car, and shows the sound that the Europeans can get from a V8 with a new Ferrari- music to my ears!
he calls on the stig to lend a hand with a couple of challenges- like the lotus which beats the americans best offering- the Mustang (a tuned mustang no less).
Clarkson also gets his hands on the For Gt and its (topless!) cousin- the GTX1. the best of the Corvette's, ...
