This video consists of three workouts. Two of them last for about 45 mins and the last one for only about 10 mins, which is very convenient to use when you have little time or just too tired to do a full workout.

Every workout starts with a warm-up routine, then proceeds to leg exercises, which are quite unusual and she uses chair for support for most of them, in the first workout she shows hen quite a few very good chest exercises on the floor for your chest - really important for ladies, then some exercises for arms and for ab muscles in the end. In the second workout chest muscles are omitted and more attentin is paid to abdominals. Both workouts finish with a cooling down routine. Third, the shortest workout includes warming up, a couple of types of squats, lunges, then push-ups of a few kinds as well, then crunches for lower and upper and side abs and then cooling down routing. Basically for 10 mins you have a chance to work all your main and biggest muscle groups.
To do these workouts you don't need any special equipment, only weights. if you don't have those they can be replaced with the bottles of water. Chair can be useful but you can use anything, even a wall for support. Overall it is quite effective, especially for arms and shoulders and changes can be seen in a few weeks. Fun too. Ms. Crawford first entered into the world of fitness DVD's in 1992 with 'CindyCrawford: ShapeYourBodyWorkout'. I never did own or try this workout but it was incredibly successful leading to the release of her incredible 1993 DVDworkout entitled 'CindyCrawford: The Next Challenge Workout'. Although this dvd is now 15 years old I still use it to this day and the results are just phenomenal. I am not at all EMBARRASSED to admit that I use her DVD's. I tell everyone about them but they laugh it off but hey, who's got the rocking body! So many of these so-called celebrities are releasing fitness DVD's left, right and center nowadays to earn a quick buck and it's hard to keep track of and most of them are absolutely useless. *Cough* Danielle Lloyd *Cough*.
