this is a fantastic film for all girls from a very young age up to early teens. im 21 years old and i still love watching this film with my neices, as i remember it from a young age and i sure every girl who see's this film will remeber it too as it has a brill fairytail ending that every girl loves.

the only negative about this film is that it does not appeal much to boys, every time i have seen this film with my nephews they would only seem to be interested in the mice that are in the film, but girls love this film, as its a happy ending that every girl dreams off and it will be hard for young girls to tear themselves away from the dvd as they will just want to see the film again and again.

the film is about a young women (cinderella) who's father had died when she wa young. befor he died he married a women (evil step mum) wh already had twin daughters (ugly step sisters, who are not nice to cinderella). when cinderella's father died, her step mother took charge and made cinderella cook, clean and do all the house work after her and the the ugly step sisters. cinderella only has a horse, dog and mice as friends (the mice are very sweet and lovley).
there is a ball for the prince to meet his partner when every girl in country is invited to however cinderella's step mum does not allow her to go, but cinderella gets her big break when her fairy god mother appears and allowes cinderella to go to the ball by puting her in a magical dress and glass shoes, turning a pumpkin into a carriage, the dog into the footsman, horse into the driver and the mice in to horses, however there is a catch she hasto leave the ball befor the clock stricks midnight. cinderella goes to the ball and the prince instantly falls for her but the clock starts to strick midnight cinderella runs off without giving him her name and leaves behind one glass shoe.
the prince sets out on a mission to find cinderella by making every girl try on the glass shoe. cinderellas step mother has an idea that it was cinderella who left the shoe behind so when the prince goes to their house she locks cinderella in her room, but cinderella gets out with the help of her only friends the mice and dog and ciderella final marries her prince and live happly ever after.
