Advantages: Family friendly. Suitable for all ages. Disadvantages: Your child may want to watch it on a loop!
...nature shows and she forces Cinderella to become their slave, making her cook their food, wash their clothes and clean the whole house! One day a King decides to host a ball for all of the maidens, hoping his son will marry one of them. Cinderella wishes to go but her step-family create obstacles until she has no chance of going.
Maybe a little magic will work.....
A cartoon edition of Grimm's fairy tale, Ashputtel, showing a world of magic and ... ...happy to discover singing mice and a fun interactive game on the disks while the adults amuse themselves with deleted scenes and old radio broadcasts featuring the voice for Cinderella.
Though some may be confused as to why they're showing sporting clips on the second disk.
Personally I have enjoyed this ever since I was little and had kept on playing it over and over again! ...

a magical tale! Review ofCinderella (Animated) (Special Edition)by
kelizans
Advantages: no matter how many time you watch it, you don't get tired of it! Disadvantages: there is none!
No matter how many times you watch this film you never get sick of it! The first time I saw this was when I was about 7yr old...I imagined I was Cinderella...when the film had finished I started acting out the film!
Then when I watched it when I was 15 yrs old it made me realise that no matter who you are or what you look like you will find your prince charming! When Walt Disney made this film I don't think they really expected it to have the reaction ... ...dream to become a princess, and when you watch this film you really are!
This film will go on forever!
I recently watched it again and the story seems to get better with age, you seem to see things in the film that you missed the first time round! Unbeatable film! The special effects in this film are great...the way the animals are Cinderella's only friends really pulls at you're heart strings...and then what they do to the dress is remarkable! ...

Advantages: Language very clear and easy to understand by children from age 3 .You do not need to watch cinderella (1) to follow the stories Disadvantages: It contains the story iniatially being narrated which could confuse younger kids a bit at the beginning
...My daughter bought this dvd when she was 5 years old, she is nearly seven now and still enjoys watching this dvd.
This dvd is not only one story about cinderella, but stories about her since she got married to the prince. The story line are easy to understand and very funny.
This dvd appeals to all ages from 3 years old up to at least 8 years old (even as an adult i enjoyed watching it) It is a much have to every little girl who dreams of becoming a princess.
The intial story is about how cinderella changes the place when she became a princess, and the other story is about when one of her mouse friends wanted to become a human being and what happened. (this particular story is hilarious)....

Advantages: enchanting, colourful and funny Disadvantages: none
...i bought this film for my little girl and it has hardly been off the tv, it is a wonderful happy film, although a tad overbearing after a while, that has kept her enchanted and laughing from beginning to end. i would recommend this film for all children. a wonderful investment. the only draw back is that if played again and again the mice in the stories would be extremely annoying. the film is built up of short adventures that happen to cinderella and her little mice friends and i admit to loving it almost as much as my daughter. The songs are cheerful and catchy if not a little tiresome after the tenth repetition but overall a wonderful family film and a great disney product...

Advantages: Young girls will enjoy it. Disadvantages: Not really for boys, sorry.
...Having always enjoyed the books about Cinderella, i always wanted it on video or dvd. Thankfully my husband managed to get them for me on dvd last year. I was really happy when i got them, i sat down with my eldest daughter of nine and youngest 2 and watched them. The animation is outstanding for its time and the restoration of it brings a whole new life to it.
I'm sure all girls and women know the story of Cinderella. I'd be surprised if they didn't. Her father remarries a woman with two daughters. He works away so she is left with them. They are very nasty to her making her do all the cleaning and things. The stepmother don't care much for her. A ball is held and they all go except for poor Cinders. But she does really with the help of her fairy god mother. She has to leave by midnight loses her shoe while runnning out. thats how...
