The sauce before its been mixed up looks quite greasy and you can instantly see that the rice is dry, especially around the edges and the sauce around the edges has started to go hard too. I always mix the rice and sauce together so its not too dry, although I cant say it does much to improve the taste. There are always quite a few chunks of chicken but I cut them up so I get more. I would say the meal is edible but not very nice to eat. The first couple of bits are ok but the longer it takes you to eat it the dryer it gets. Advantages: tastes great, cheap, good quality Disadvantages: not as good as Chinese Spare Ribs but it's better than Sweet and sour flavour
Walker’s have created three new flavours to add to their collection. They have looked towards the Great British Takeaway and have come up with Sweet and Sour, Chinese Spare Rib and ChickenTikkaMasala flavour which I will be reviewing.
ChickenTikkaMasala is my second most favourite out of the three with Chinese spare rib leading the front and sweet and sour bringing up the rear.
The packaging of the crisps is a purple foil packaging where the front of the packet has the “Walker’s Crisps” logo on the front with the words “Great British Takeaways” in bold purple font, along with a picture of crisps and a paper takeaway bag with the flavour written on it.
Each flavour adopts this design except the Chinese spare ribs packet is brown and the sweet and sour flavour has a pinky orange packaging ...
