Is chicken run really what its made out to be? Totally! Imagine being a chicken, kept in the chicken run, with ambitions to fly free and be happy, with no quotas to keep. Then one day a flying cock falls in. Soon the lead girly chicken falls for the flying cock, and enlists him in their never ending quest to find greener grass. Throw in humour, comedy, sadness, and some adorable rats, and what you have is chicken run.
This film is enjoyable by adults and kids alike. Well made, fun, lots of happy and sad moments. Nick Park is going to go further than he could have imagined since his morph days.
Go out for the day with the family, and make sure you catch a showing of this if you havent already.
