Cheers - Series 6 DVD

Advantages: Lengthy dvd, some extras, great series
Disadvantages: None!

...I brought this dvd recently as have all the other cold feet episodes on dvd and wanted a complete set. I was worried that I wouldn’t enjoy it as it would seem so old and outdated compared to the recent series but I think this series is actually one of the best of the lot! It includes 6 episodes and the pilot episode so is quite lengthy,as well as an 'ctra' in the fom of a photo gallery of the cast at the end. The pilot episode is such fun to watch again! There are lots of laughs, as well as a few tears in this series, already with the slickness of the production that is what we all loved so much about Cold Feet. Definitely recommended, watch on a rainy day to cheer you up!... Read review

In these episodes Yugi battles Weevil, who is a specialist in bug monsters and his deck is full of these. Yugi has a score to settle with Weevil because Weevil had gotten rid of some powerful cards from Yugi's deck whilst on the journey to the duellist tournament. Weevil lures Yugi to a field that helps give his bugs a power boost and thinks he is a better duellist than Yugi. At long, long last (and way overdue) fans of this classic landmark series in American television history can enjoy the series once again with the first season being released in an attractive four DVD box set containing all 22 episodes that were filmed between 1982-83 (as well as boasting a host of interesting special features including an interview with Ted Danson and a fun trivia game that tests fans knowledge of the series). The premiere episode of Cheers sees snotty academic Diane Chambers arrive at the infamous bar with her equally pompous partner only to be jilted before they were about to set off on a romantic vacation. In a twist, Diane is soon hired by Sam as a waitress and slowly succumbs to Sams somewhat brash charm. And that was how this fantastic series began.....
