This film runs for about 99 minutes possible a bit more or less, and there are filled with jokes (some quite rude), and action with great music, sound, effects, characters, computer effects and more. The 3 characters that play the part of the 3 angels are Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu. This film, Charlie's Angels was primarily based on a very popular 1970's American TV series. However back then the girls don't look so hot compared to the young ones now. Some people may say this film's effects are quite close to the Matrix's, but I personally think it's not that near as good as the Matrix's effects, as the Matrix is the best.
I must admit to this, but the soundtrack and such really does matches the great James Bond series, apart from obviously James Bond does it alone, whilst three girls are required to do a mission about as dangerous as James' missions - not a sexest remark. The film focuses mainly on the girls and not on Charlie much hence it's called Charlie's Angels. The story is very typical of an action packed, espionage type film, where you fight the bad, save the day and the film is over. What I most love about this film is the camera angles and the way they fight with agent type special weapons. All three angels were trained I expect, before they actually starred in the film. When the 3 angel's fight, it is so realistic, and within reason I think they certainly know how to fight in real life. Martial art skills is what they have in the movie. Every kick or punch they possess really gives power, and they certainly like doing VERY high kicks in the air or at the men that they mostly fight. Going back to the camera angles, I find it extremely superb overall, because being a fast action film it's hard to get every shot right, but this film has every shot correct, and it also does these stunning slow motion effects where neccessary (such as explosions). Every film has very memoriable moments, and my most memoriable moment of the film was when one of the angels is naked (not literally) with things covering her parts (it's only a 12/PG I think unfortunately), and she knocks on the window of a house and two little boys are playing on a console (probably Playstation) and they just stare with their eyes open. That part made me crack up. Though this film is quite funny, with great effects of any type, but coming to the conclusion, I think it loses some marks for lacking an original storyline, and the musical style was too similar to James Bond, but for a film as a whole it does outwit loads of great films.
