I thoroughly enjoyed Charlie's Angels. It was entertaining, lively and had good special effects and a fantastic score to boot. All concerned gave a good performance - the characters were larger than life, but that added to the humour of the film. Cameron Diaz plays a dizzy blonde, Lucy Lui plays a film actress convincingly (strange that!) and Drew Barrymore plays a temptress (from what I remember!)
It could be perceived as a feminist version of Bond, but however you look at it, it is highly amusing and has a few twists in it that you can't see if you don't look too closely!
It's light entertainment, don't go expecting deep meaning, or realistic action, but you will enjoy it alot if you give it a chance :-)

Advantages: Anything that has Cameron Diaz in it, wet and 'unzipped' to the waist has got to get 5 stars Disadvantages: not sure Lucy Liu was the right casting for the 3rd 'Angel'
