The hype about this film was always going to be huge, and most likely, unjustified, but the story of three female special agents all working for their boss ‘Charlie’ has adapted brilliantly from TV to film. Drew Barrymore, Lucy Liu, and Cameron Diaz all bring some character to each agent, in what has to be a called a great feel-good-film. Anyone who wasn’t a fan of the original series could be forgiven in thinking that the film was all action and no dialogue, with the majority of the clips being shown, consisting of the high-tech fight scenes, but the comedy woven in with this, is what really makes the film a hit. From the first dazzling aeroplane scene, you know this is not one to be taken seriously. The crafty plans and dodgy disguises the girls come up with mean any film-goer who’s a stickler for detail and accuracy, might like to give this a miss, but everyone else should give it a try. A definite one for a girl’s night out.

Advantages: Fun to watch, good actresses, good storyline, good sound effects, good martial arts in the film. Disadvantages: rated 15 so people underage who want to watch it, cant.
Advantages: You can watch it over and over and never get bored! Also, there are many unexpected things happening! Disadvantages: Its a 15, so you might not be able to get in! sorry!
Advantages: Anything that has Cameron Diaz in it, wet and 'unzipped' to the waist has got to get 5 stars Disadvantages: not sure Lucy Liu was the right casting for the 3rd 'Angel'

Review of Charlie's Angels (DVD)
Advantages: Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz... Disadvantages: The most stupid film ever, even worse than The Avengers, possibly as bad as Batman and Robin
