I've tried a few fitness DVDs and this has been the best so far. As the bright pink cover suggests it's quite girly, but not to the point of that being a problem. It's split into several sections, which is great because you can mix and match depending on which ones you like best and how much time you want to exercise for.
I never stuck with any DVD before, but this is great because you can adapt it to suit your fitness level. It's really tough and I couldn't go all the way through when I first got it, so I did the warmup on its own every day, and 3 times a week I added one of the other sections on to the end. That way I built up my fitness level gradually and the difficulty increased as I got fitter.
The moves aren't difficult because they're really well explained and demonstrated, while the whole DVD has a friendly, encouraging tone.
There's also a feature with a suggested diet plan. I don't know how effective that is because I didn't use it, but if the rest of the DVD is anything to go by, it'll be great.
I'd recommend this DVD to anyone, especially people like me who aren't used to doing a lot of exercise and need something fun, encouraging and adaptable.
You forgot to mention the price and also would be great to know what sounds tracks they used, and what sort of exercises are included in those workouts. xxx
