Advantages: Greatest driver in the 1960s, a proper gentleman Disadvantages: No longer with us
at Winfield & Chaterhall.
In 1958 he successfully raced a D-Type Jaguar at the Spa Grand Prix & by the following year he made his debut at Le Mans with co-driver Sir John Whitmore & finished second in their class.
After his first single seater racing car event on Boxing Day 1959 at Brands Hatch he was spotted by Reg Parnell who invited him to join his Aston Martin racing team. The project never materialised so Clark joined Colin Chapman's Lotus racing team instead in 1960 & remained loyal to him for the rest of his career.
It soon became clear that JimClark was a very talented driver, in 1962 he was their number one driver & one year later he became world champion for driver & manufacturer. He repeated that again in 1965 & also became the first British driver to win the Indianapolis 500 race in the USA. At home he was awarded an OBE.

Advantages: Great skill. Cool. Gentleman. Disadvantages: Didnt always have the best car
Scot JimClark. They were followed by three times World Champion driver the "Flying Scot" Jackie Stewart.
Later there were great drivers such as Nelson Piquet,Nikki Lauda,Alan Jones,James Hunt, and in more recent times Damon Hill, Nigel Mansell, Alain Prost. Ayrton Senna,Mika Hakkinen and,of course, the current star,Michael Schumacher all come into the reckoning.

Advantages: Some great title matches, surprising outcomes, and big names Disadvantages: Some of the first matches were a bit slow and at times not entertaining
when you see it happen, like when Hulk Hogan lifted and body slammed Andre the Giant. The match was one of endurance and strength, each man displaying their physical attributes. The momentum of the match swung each way with the two each getting their moments upon each other. Countless times you thought the match was over. It was a great match to watch and one that finished the night in great style. So..will Cena beat Triple H again to win the Title or can the King of Kings retain the belt and continue his reign since beating Randy Orton at Backlash for the belt??
"DVD Extras"
