OH YES! An opinion of 2 adults and 2 children, aged 12 and 8. Off to the cinemas, nearly £40 out of pocket, boy those hotdogs are good! Cats & Dogs. I guarantee that you'll be saying "I think not Baby Puppy" in a silly voice for at least a few days ..... until the kids tell you to zip it!
Remember, its a childrens film, adults welcome of course. This is one to take the kids to. It contains all the necessary parts to make a good kids film.
It contains humour that children can refer to but also adults too. Effects are tremendous too.
Storyline, well, its the Dogs versus the Cats. Evil cats are looking to overthrow the world and unknown to us, the Dogs have their own version of superspies ..... puts our MI6 and the Israeli Mossads to shame.
At times its a bit tongue in cheek, but its so full of fun. The puppy is so cute, you want to reach out and take him home! Watch out for the ninja cat ..... take spare underwear in case you laugh too much!
Its been a while since a great film has been made like this for the kids, its one that they'll want to watch again and again, but it needs to be seen at the cinema ...... go there ..... and treat your children, nephews. If you've got neither ..... see if you can borrow some ...... this you must see! Bring on Cats & Dogs 2 !!!!
