I had bought a box set of videos that all had tom hanks in them. the film is about a man who's plane crashes and he is the only survivor and he ends up living on an island for months untill he is rescued and how he goes almost insane.
This isnt a good film as it is very slow moving and there isnt much action in it. the middle of the film would have to be the only part that isnt quite as boring as the rest of the film.
I would not recomend this film as it is very boring and isnt as good as most of the other films that tom hanks is in. However if you do want to watch this film it is available from most video stores.

I just recently watched this for the first time on Sky Movies Widescreen, and despite a number of very critical reviews I had read about it here at Ciao, I have to say I enjoyed it thoroughly...You need to put in far more detail if you want to improve your ratings here at Ciao, by the way...Ken

Ooh erm...v.brief and I really like this film. I don't s'pose you could add to this to get higher ratings? Take care :O)
Advantages: Great film, great direction, great individual performances, gripping plot Disadvantages: Slightly dodgy lighting, plot not properly explained
