Disadvantages: loads of scenes and music scores have been cut out

this is the only fools and horses complete collection box set but in my eyes it isnt because loads of scenes have been cut and musical scores changed or cut out and laughter tracks added onto episodes that didnt originally have a laughter track. so its not really the complete collection is it with all these things changed and added the episode a royal flush is the one that been edited the most loads of scenes have been cut and a laughter track added wich spoils the episode completely. i would strongly recommend anyone that want to see all the episodes in all their glory is to tape them off uk gold its better than this so called complete collection that the bbc have released im still waiting for the genuine complete collection. ...

Carry On Madness - A British Institution

Advantages: Contains some of the finest films in the series
Disadvantages: Would have been nice to include the whole series

The Carry On films are a phenemenon and a British institution. They have enjoyed renowned success all across the world. Beginning in 1958 with Carry On Sergeant, these low budget comedies regularly scored high at the Box Office until around the mid 1970's when the series went into decline. true comedy genius!

Advantages: watchable over and over again.
Disadvantages: sore ribs from laughing so much.

in my opinion and the opinion of millions of others, there never has nor will there ever be a comedy series to rival only fools and horses. I personaly own every episode of these classics and watch them all on a regular basis without ever tireing of them. The episodes contained in this brilliant 3 disc box set are as good as any they ever done, these were all christmas specials and are a bit harder to come by than the actual every day episodes, they are also longer than the half hour tv epeisodes that were most comonly shown. disc 1, if they could see us now. ------------------------------------------------ in this episode the high life ends for the trotter family as the amarican markets have crashed, leaving them penniless once again. they have returned home to england to face bankrupcy, but things get even worse when del ...
