****Carmen Electra's Fit to Strip****
First of all when i was looking for a fitness dvd i did not know who Carmen was, i just wanted a dvd that was quite fun so i thought a dance one would be good.Going on to amazon i was surprised how many there was and i ended up picking this one because my friend had mentioned that Carmen had been in the Pussycat dolls , they may be slutty but they can really dance and they look like they have fun.
This dvd is all about getting a dancers body , it is hard at first but when you get into it you can really notice a difference It focuses on strengthening and toning and has several mini workouts so you do not have to go through the whole thing.
This work out i amazing!! however it is quite demanding so if you are new to exercise /lazy i wuld recommend starting with the first one in the series.The series is as follows 1. Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease - Vol.1 2.This is the one i am reviewing 3. Carmen Electra's Advanced Aerobic Striptease 4. Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease - Vol.4 The Lap Dance 5. Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease - Vol.5 Hip Hop 6. Carmen Electra - Lap Dance And Hip Hop There are various other ones but i think they are just different versions of the above.
Definitely worthwhile buying.for fun in the bedroom and outside it!!!
